CHiropractic

Spines are important, but they don’t work alone—they’re connected to everything else in your body. That’s why we take a whole-body approach, starting from the ground up. A lot of the time, low back pain actually starts with things like weak muscles, ankle issues, or poor movement habits. And when it comes to neck pain, the shoulders are almost always part of the picture too. Simply put, you're more than just a spine—so we treat more than just the spine.

How We Help:

Step 1:  Schedule a complimentary consultation. We think it's important to actually listen to patients before performing exams.

Step 2:  If you like what you hear, we can perform a Structural Correction Chiropractic examination right then and there.  This is where we determine what needs to be fixed.

Step 3:  After your exam, we will schedule a conference where we will review what we found and how we can help you. This is the day you get rehab exercises, an adjustment and a thorough understanding of your injury.

It is as simple as that!

What We Offer:

Digital X-rays: We offer in-house digital X-rays for a variety of reasons, but most importantly, we believe in making informed decisions about your care. Rather than relying on guesswork, X-rays provide valuable insight, allowing both the doctor and the patient to fully understand the nature of the condition and determine the most appropriate course of treatment.

Variety of Adjusting Styles: we are proficient at manual adjusting, sports chiropractic,  drop table, activator, cranial-sacral, and pre/post-natal and pediatric care.

Extremity Adjusting: We address a wide range of conditions, from ankle sprains to arthritis, regardless of where they occur on your body. The spine doesn’t function in isolation; everything in the body is interconnected. Our emphasis is on treating the whole person, not just the area causing the most discomfort at the moment.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM): Is a specialized therapeutic technique that uses precision tools to break down scar tissue, enhance mobility, and provide rapid pain relief.

Stretching: While static stretching is not our preferred approach, we recognize its value in specific cases. In-office, we utilize Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching techniques, particularly for patients presenting with hypertonic or 'tight' muscles, to improve flexibility and neuromuscular control
